Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 12, 2026
OnlineSocialPro operates SocialPro Email, a private email-management and sending platform. This Privacy Policy explains how SocialPro Email handles information when an authorized user connects a Google account.
Information We Access
SocialPro Email may request access to:
- Your Google account email address and basic account identity.
- Permission to send email through your Gmail or Google Workspace account.
SocialPro Email does not request permission to read, download, modify, or delete your Gmail inbox, messages, contacts, or files.
How We Use Google User Data
Google account information is used only to:
- Authenticate the mailbox selected by the authorized user.
- Confirm that the connected Google account matches the mailbox being configured.
- Send email messages that the authorized user creates, approves, schedules, or initiates through SocialPro Email.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the authorized mailbox connection.
SocialPro Email does not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, data brokerage, audience profiling, or unrelated marketing purposes.
OAuth Tokens
SocialPro Email may securely store encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens so the authorized mailbox can continue sending approved messages without requiring the user to sign in for every message.
OAuth tokens are treated as confidential credentials. They are not displayed publicly, sold, rented, or shared with unrelated third parties.
Information Sharing
We do not sell Google user data.
Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate the application, such as Google and our secured website-hosting provider, or when disclosure is required by law. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.
Data Retention and Deletion
Google account identifiers and encrypted OAuth tokens are retained while the mailbox remains connected to SocialPro Email.
An authorized user may disconnect a mailbox or request deletion of its stored OAuth credentials. When a mailbox is disconnected or its account is deleted, the corresponding stored OAuth credentials will be removed, subject to limited security, legal, and backup-retention requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect stored account information and OAuth credentials, including encrypted credential storage and access controls.
No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their SocialPro Email and Google account credentials.
Revoking Google Access
Users may revoke SocialPro Email’s Google access at any time through their Google Account security settings:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Revoking access prevents SocialPro Email from using the affected Google account until the mailbox is authorized again.
Email Compliance
Users are responsible for sending lawful email and complying with applicable requirements, including honoring unsubscribe requests and avoiding deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized email activity.
Google API Services User Data Policy
SocialPro Email’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the application or legal requirements change. The effective date displayed above will identify the most recent revision.
